Cancellation & Refund Policy — The Calming Breath

Program Fee

The fee for The Calming Breath experience is ₹199.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, the preferred option is a one-time transfer to a future available session. Please contact us preferably at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

The transfer will be provided without an additional fee, subject to availability of future sessions.

Refunds

Refund requests for non-attendance will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law.

If the organizer cancels or materially changes a scheduled session, participants may be offered a transfer to another available session or a refund, as applicable.

For cancellation, rescheduling or refund-related requests, please contact us through the contact details provided on the website. Please include your name, registered WhatsApp number/email, original session date, payment details, and preferred future session date if requesting a transfer.

Important

Registration is for The Calming Breath experience and is not transferable to another person without prior approval.
